In the technical area of Bavaria Film, Markus Vogelbacher started in post-production after his training as a TV journalist at regional television. In a total of 18 years at Bavaria, he took over the overall management of acquisition and marketing for the Bavaria Film Group as well as the management of subsidiaries and partner companies and was a member of the extended management of Bavaria Film (Holding) for 8 years. In 2014, he founded International Film Partners and has since represented several companies of the group as managing director.

With a Masters in Law, Sociology and Political Science and a Munich Film Academy Diploma, Bernie founded Salinas Films in 1980 and produced over 30 national and international films. In 1988 he joined Zurich and London based Media Park AG / Media Equity Associates and in 1991 moved to Bravo Studios SpA in Milan where he was responsible for development and project financing. In 1994 he returned to London to join the European Script Fund Ltd. as Head of Project and Company Monitoring. In 1999, Bernie was hired by Deutsche Bank AG as Vice President and Head of the Telecommunications, Media and Technology Expert Team in the Corporate and Investment Banking Division. Bernie left Deutsche Bank in 2012 with his own media consulting firm and partnered with Markus Vogelbacher in 2014. Bernie has lectured at EAVE, EMAM Rome, the Media Business School / MEGA and many other MEDIA institutions. He is director of studies at the Erich Pommer Institute EPI, lectures regularly at the Weimar Bauhaus University and the Austrian bfi University, works for the Zurich Film Foundation and is a member of the National Film Commission. Among other things, Bernie is a member of the European and German Film Academies.

Marco Biedendorf gained his first film experience on the set of various Bavaria Film productions. This was followed by a degree in economics with a focus on business start-up and organization topics. At a personnel services company, he first worked in sales and then managed projects to optimize the use of IT. In doing so, he dealt a lot with the topics of data protection and process optimization. Now Marco is working for International Film Partners in the area of business affairs.

After studying humanities and media sciences, Olaf managed a co-production market for film projects for almost a decade. In 2005, he was drawn to the international licensing business, where he was responsible for the acquisition and later also the sale of national and international theatrical films, first at Bavaria Film International and then at Global Screen GmbH. In doing so, he was a regular expert for the Media program as well as for EAVE and ACE. In 2015, he took over the management of sales for the Murnau Foundation. Since 2020, he has been responsible for distribution at International Film Partners.

Already during her studies in theater and media science, Svenja was involved in various positions in creative projects - from documentary films to theater productions to opera productions. At the same time, she gained professional experience in event management, for example at the training and congress organization of the OSTAK Osteologie Akademie and also at dance festivals of the UP TO DANCE network for dance. After a year as a trainee, she now supports International Film Partners as a junior project manager and content creator on various projects.

Christine is part of the IFP back office team in Munich. After many years in the administration of several film distribution and production companies, Christine is a key member of the IFP market research team.

Roland has been a cineaste and executive in the film industry for decades. He ran the Production House, a production service provider in Munich with offices in Berlin, Vienna and Sydney, before founding Arena Multimedia Group. Roland specializes in computer games and "red carpet sponsorships". He is Managing Director of IFP Arena Pictures GmbH, a joint venture of International Film Partners and Arena Multimedia Group, and advisor to IFP Group's corporate finance department.

After 20 years of management, Gerald Stekly has now been an executive coach for 4 years in the larger SME environment in the areas of special machinery and plant engineering, precision engineering and optics as well as hardware and software development in the automotive environment.
